I set an alarm yesterday for something I didn’t want to do. I will likely hit snooze when the alarm comes on today.
I like to say that past-me harasses present-day-me with lots of shit to do. Luckily, future-me has a lot more free time and drive. He’ll take care of it.

Woah woah woah, cut yourself some slack! Every 2 weeks?? Nah, once a month. 9AM? Give yourself time to wake up and think clearly! 10AM or 11AM if you’re not a morning person
