Biscuit cuillère, mascarpone cream, chocolate ganache and coffee insert.
So pretty. How was it?
Nice. I was afraid the coffee taste would be too strong but it was perfect. And not too sweet so perfect after the heavy dinner!

That looks amazing! Unfortunately, it has triggered my PTSD of loss of chocolate wafers that I thought was only going to get triggered by seeing zebra cakes in the summer
