I don’t have kids but I do generally work all day.

  • Avoid inflammatory foods
  • Take creatine supplements (avoid if you have kidney problems)
  • Stay well-hydrated
  • Resolve moral conflicts
  • Get enough sleep
  • Exercise
  • Eat healthy food
