Donald Trump has blamed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for last month’s failed assassination attempt against him by accusing them of making it difficult for the Secret Service to protect him.
The Republican presidential nominee’s claim – for which he offered no evidence – was made on the television talkshow Dr Phil, hosted by Phil McGraw, on Tuesday. The remarks follow disclosures that several Secret Service agents from the Pittsburgh field office had been placed on administrative leave after the 13 July shooting.
At a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, last month, Trump was grazed on the ear by a bullet after a 20-year-old gunman opened fire from the roof of a nearby building. One rallygoer, Corey Comperatore, was killed and two others were seriously wounded. The gunman was shot dead by a Secret Service officer at the scene.
“When this happened, people would ask, whose fault is it?” Trump told McGraw. “I think to a certain extent it’s Biden’s fault and Harris’s fault. And I’m the opponent. They were weaponising government against me, they brought in the whole DoJ to try and get me, they weren’t too interested in my health and safety.
I blame TV’s Richard Karn, who played Al Borland on ABC’s Home Improvement from 1991-1999.

Frankly, I find it extremely difficult to believe that this wasn’t staged using exactly that manner as an attempt to garner sympathy and rally people behind him.
And before anyone brings up the bystanders getting shot, yes, I’m fully aware. But if you don’t believe the government is willing to outright murder civilians as a coverup to achieve their goals, you are woefully ignorant.
I’m not saying that this was DEFINITELY staged, but it all seems way too convenient not to be.

historically seemed to be conservative, donated a few bucks to a dem thing, didn’t have an online presence. It’s safe to say he was more extreme than right wing, and more right wing than far right or “right wing extremist”

Kinda sorta, he changed and registered republican before the shooting, but was a dem before and donated to act blue.
Too bad the President is immune to prosecution, so there can’t be any legal repercussions even if it was true.
Trump literally floated the idea that “second amendment people could do something about (his political opponents)” back in 2016.
As long as he’s stating his theories, someone should bring up Melania and her supposed relationship with the Secret Service. I think unsubstantiated theories are valid in a world where “people are saying” is treated like fact.
The ear healed miraculously. I doubt he even cut it. Most likely a blood packet in his hand. When he put his hand up to his ear, he popped it.
Ear wounds bleed spectacularly. They are also quite easy to fix cleanly, with appropriate care. A small wound would create plenty of blood, but be effectively invisible after a bit of work from a plastic surgeon.
Let’s face it, which is more likely? A shooter just missed, or Trump had the coordination to play act, without it looking like a 5 year old’s “my first magic act”, and then not brag about it?
