Yeah because we’re super fucked if things continue to get worse. Many of us are out there voting and more like our lives depend on it, because our lives literally depend on it. There is no “I could probably coast through the bad” privilege for us

I know a ton of fellow trans folk in my red state, both directly and tangentially. All except 1 understand what’s at stake and are going to vote (the 1 understands what’s at stake, just isn’t registered to vote despite everyone in her life pushing her to get registered and vote). We get that if we don’t vote, we will be put in prison. And we all fucking hate when people try to say we shouldn’t be scared of Republicans being in power and project 2025 cause “they wouldn’t actually make you illegal and put you in camps.” Us trans folk are fucked if trump wins. Voting for Harris is our only option to be able to remain ourselves and free and alive.
