I can’t even begin to express how happy this makes me. It’s been far, far too long that we’ve let them get away with claiming the founding principles of our country to just spit on them. That rhetoric belongs to us, it’s about damn time. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Now I’d like to see us move away from this “country over politics” line we see sometimes. They’re not after “politics”, that’s not what this is about. They’re after power. They’re putting power ahead of country. Greed ahead of country. Lies ahead of country, for power at all costs at this point. We don’t need to be genteel about it anymore, we don’t need euphemisms now that they gave the President immunity for crimes.

They want power over people, it’s all about power. Rulership. Absolute control. That’s a message people understand more than nebulous discussions about politics or democracy. They’re not just “playing politics” anymore, they stopped awhile ago and we need to keep up.

Or “Republicans thought they could grab more power and push through extremely unpopular policies without pushback”

I’ll never understand what possessed the fascists who want to overthrow democracy to post their shit brained manifesto online. Do they not understand they are actually the minority and the net effect of posting the manifesto before an election was going to be a negative for them? You done fucked up fascists.

Really feels like they drank their own Kool Aid, over confident fighting against Biden.

Honestly it was working, Biden would not have galvanized people to actually read that shit and make it a real threat. It really felt like the Democrats were just gonna let Republicans do whatever they want again like always. Then Harris came in and declared the emperor had no clothes and it’s releasing a ton of pent up resentment for Trump from both sides.

  1. every cell in my body has a personal beef with every marketing person ever to have lived

  2. the branding and marketing people from the harris campaign are near god-like

look at that podium shot and tell me that image does not stir serious civil-rights fight vibes. that is grade A+ dem/left catnip.

that is the stuff that puts shoe rubber to road and squeezes out the vote from every blue tinged crevice in the country.
