I’m all for it. Love the Riddick franchise, so fun.

Encountering videos of him in real-life has had a sort of Steven Seagal-esque effect on my ability to enjoy his movies.

This. Guy is weird af in real life. I’m willing to ignore it all for 2 hours of another Riddick film is as good as the previous ones but I’m no fan of this guy anymore after some of the videos I’ve seen of his behavior off set.

Another actor that Hollywood just turned into a freak.

And Ron Perlman doesn’t really have horns. It’s okay.

I have a very brief Ron Perlman story: I went into my favorite North Hollywood diner one day and as I was walking in, I turned and saw Ron Perlman. He looked at me, gave me a brief look that communicated, “yes, you recognize me. Not now.” in a way that only Ron Perlman could do. I wasn’t going to talk to him anyway, so I was fine with that. But that guy is damn good at giving you that sort of “don’t bother me right now” look and you don’t feel like he’s being a dick about it.

Sounds on brand for Ron, tbh. I wouldn’t look at him poorly over that, personally.
