Kannst du genauer erklären was du meinst? Vlt bin ich einfach schon auf deren Rhetorik reingefallen aber es macht mMn schon Sinn zwischen Einwanderern, die man nicht ablehnen (d.h. Asylanten), und Einwanderern, die man ablehnen kann, zu unterscheiden.

Einschränkungen bei Asylrecht sind ein ganz anderes Kaliber als Einschränkungen beim Immigrationsrecht und sollte insofern auch getrennt behandelt werden.

Well, not for polyethylene if done at high enough temperatures. And I doubt that the fungi will like plastic covered in toxic substances. But maybe there is a price advantage there if you don’t need to ship the plastic to a incinerator.

I didn’t read up on it in detail but apparently incineration has some large disadvantages, only about 22% of all plastic waste is incinerated. So fungi could be useful for the remaining 78% so it might be more useful than I expected.

Well, survive yes. But self-sufficiency is a big problem. The world is nowadays so interconnected that even a problem in only one region can severely affect all of humanity (e.g. semiconductors from Taiwan). So yes, a collapse of our modern society is certainly possible.

Destroying the planet is not really a thing. Mass extinctions in the past were a big deal but at the same time: Earth recovered. We only have a big problem because the plants/animals we need might go extinct.

Obviously valuing nature and wildlife diversity in and of itself is good but it doesn’t have any intrinsic value in regards to supporting society.

Ich verstehe nicht genau was du meinst. Der Begriff Apartheid bezieht sich darauf dass Palästinenser systematisch benachteiligt werden in Israel. Nicht nur in den Anfangsjahren, nicht nur am Ende. Die komplette Zeitspanne über.

Wenn du enteignet wirst um auf deinem Grund jüdische Israelis anzusiedeln klingt das nach Apartheid und nicht nur Problemen mit der Wohnungssuche. Die Apartheid bezieht sich auf Israel, nicht (Edit: nur) auf Gaza und die Westbank. Es gab auch damals Palästiner (bzw. Araber die wir heutzutage als Palästiner bezeichnen würden) in Israel. Siehe bspw. den Wikipediaartikel dazu:

Das ist, wenn ich mich nicht täusche, dir Definition von Apartheid.

Ja, eine Art der Diskriminierung hat dort aufgehört. Die Enteignungen gingen bspw. aber weiter.

Stimmt schon. Aber “Two wrongs don’t make a right”. Ein Terrorangriff rechtfertigt nicht komplett Gaza dem Erdboden gleich zu machen.

Also du fragst nur nach den Zielen, nicht nach den Methoden oder? Die Ziele gehen mir nicht weit genug. Wenn man sich anschaut wie das Klima gerade verrückt spielt und wie der CO2 Ausstoß weltweit trotzdem noch jedes Jahr steigt dann kann eigentlich kein Ziel gut genug sein. Zumindest ist es aber mal ein Anfang und eigentlich finde ich dass die Diskussion darum und die gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz für stärkere Maßnahmen das eigentliche Ziel ist.

Die Methoden sehe ich als etwas fragwürdiger an. Ist aber auch eine schwierige Situation und ich wüsste nicht direkt wie ichs besser machen würde.
