Ehm, look at the right side… The two things that look like a compressed jpg… No way those aren’t made by bots…

The culture series? It’s not outright said they’re human, but they’re clearly human. And they outscale basically every single thing in the universe. Or at least in the first few books. Might change later.

You don’t need a car everywhere. Most non US developed countries have a robust public transport network. A car is actually less practical than public transport for like 90% of use cases if you live in Metropolitan areas. Same for tourism. Don’t need a car to go visit Paris. Jump on a local tgv and be in center Paris just a few hours later from most of western Europe. Why would you bring a car…

Get out of the lemmy Foss bubble and ask again. I don’t know anybody that actually gives a fuck about manifest v3 tbh.

Fuck texting like a Neanderthal. Use a modern, and secure app to communicate. WhatsApp as a bottom of the barrel thing (99% of society outside of the US is on it, so it’s the de facto standard) , signal or better if you can.

There are only 2 sweet fizzy drinks in Europe. Coke (obvious) and lemonade (everything else that isn’t coke). Easy, simple. We do have lemonade flavors. Orange, lemon (citron), etc lemonade. But they’re all lemonade.

Tbh, I kinda agree. I have a tendency to go back to evergreen games because of their time limited content I don’t want to miss out. Even if I find the actual game I’m playing objectively better. (eg bg3, totk, jedi survivor 2. Dropped them all after 10-20h and went back to farming shitty cod cameos and wow gear…)

Yeah, tbh, the insane focus on privacy makes YouTube a lot worse, no shit. The algorithm just throws shit at the wall hoping it sticks, what do you expect?

Make a burner account only for YouTube. See how the quality goes up because you can follow people you are actually interested in.

I personally really don’t see the privacy risk with that? (then again, I gave up on the idea of true privacy online years ago. Privacy through obscurity is enough. I don’t care big companies recognize my habits, as long as they don’t know 100% exactly who I am.)
