P6P here had it since day one. My battery is not in the best shape, but not terrible either.

I just charge when it’s needed and adaptive charging has done a pretty good job of keeping the battery healthy.

Overall though at the end of the day I’m not sure there’s too much we as the user have control over.

You sound like a mess. Take some time to learn your machine. Not in a driveway and not in freezing temps. It’s clear you need to take the MSF course.

“Leave identity politics out of it” you do realize the modern Democrat party revolves around playing victim and identity politics? They’re not going to let it go now. Need more victims.

This is why

The long and short of it - Google search was designed at a time when the web was in its infancy. Basically just text and a few images.

Fast forward to today, and reddit is the only one that still allows its data to be crawled.

As media has become more social (basically all of it) the walled gardens prevent you from even viewing content without an account.

Every platform wants you to be searching inside their service.

Google is useless.

I’ve stopped using lemmy for the most part and sync so who da fuq knows.

I still don’t get notifications from sync.

There’s nothing really to be gained in describing the symptoms we all know to exist.

As his colleagues (mostly) cited and criticized during Harlow’s time; reproducing or merely describing symptoms is the first baby step in solving the problem.

Not to criticize you, but that’s just reality. It’d be like force feeding someone alcohol to study the effects of the mental disease of alcoholism.

For those who are interested - a film called The Vanishing (2018) puts forth a hypothetical scenario about this event starring Gerard Butler.
