Limit background processes.

Savertuner is a nice FOSS app for that.

Also turn off GPS and Bluetooth, activate Flight mode as often as possible. These are recommended anyways.

An easy solution could be to put invasive apps in the android work profile using shelter, deactivate the work profile when not needed.

P6P here had it since day one. My battery is not in the best shape, but not terrible either.

I just charge when it’s needed and adaptive charging has done a pretty good job of keeping the battery healthy.

Overall though at the end of the day I’m not sure there’s too much we as the user have control over.
