Remember this shit? Fucking vote.

President Donald Trump stood in front of the White House press corps on Tuesday afternoon and vented.

What was billed as a press conference rapidly turned into a quasi-campaign event, with the President of the United States free-associating about his general election opponent, the state of the country and the media. Even by Trump standards, it was a shocking performance – suggesting a level of volatility and unpredictability that has to terrify Republicans trying to run and win campaigns while sharing the same ballot with Trump in November.

  1. “Because you talk about a certain power of the telephone and the calls where they would call and say, no, we don’t want to do that.”
  1. “That basically means no windows, no nothing. It’s very hard to do. I tell people when they want to go into some of these buildings, how are your eyes because they won’t be good in five years.”
  1. “But you can’t make a left anymore and come into the United States loaded up with human traffic.”

This is the best summary I could come up with:

“Our view of the length and severity of the economic downturn has deteriorated considerably from the assumptions used last quarter.” – Wells Fargo CEO Charlie Sharf, Tuesday.

Quick reminder: This was a press conference, ostensibly, to talk about Trump signing executive orders about Hong Kong and China.

Hmm old dude or actual fascist that’s going to enact The Handmaid’s Tale irl (among other deplorable things)

Why don’t you STFU and stop spreading your FUD shit and stop persuading people to not vote at all

Swapping one fascist for another isnt the solution. Repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting different results is shit. I’m not persuading anyone not to vote, I’m saying you dont have to vote for either POS fascist.

Not American. Boden isn’t a fascist. There is a difference between incompetent and maybe senile on one hand and incompetent, senile, corrupt, a felon and a fascist on the other.

I’ve seen a lot of your comments around here, you’re just a “boTHSiDeS” MAGAt in a trenchcoat

I’m not persuading anyone not to vote

I’m saying you dont have to vote for either POS fascist.

You literally admitted it in the same sentence, a vote for “neither” is effectively a non-vote and a non-vote is effectively a vote for Trump

There’s a lot to not like about Biden, but he is NO fascist, not even close. Trump is literally spouting fascist ideals. Last I checked, Biden isnt compiling a list of political enemies to have incarcerated/executed. That’s a literal component of fascism.

Made a quick glance at your post history, do try to convince us that your not here to astroturf.

In addition, non-vote is not a vote against what you believe is the greater evil. This has been a zero-sum game for decades, non-participants dont matter. (That means you and your opinions if you dont show up, spoil your ballot for all we care, but participate and dont discourage others from doing so).

I absolutely love it when you folks so clearly identify yourselves. I put a very humorous trump tag on you in Lemmy and now you stick out like a sore thumb everywhere you post and I will not even have to read your post to know exactly who you are.

I’d encourage everyone else to do the same.

What part of ‘other’ sounds like I support trump? Assuming everyone is either Democrat or Republican is binary and it prevents actual progress

I will probably say this for this one time,

Drumpf voters will vote for him to “Watch the world burn”.

Dems and the DNC in-actions caused this dilemma, crazy situation, scenario playing out. Biden is Elder abuse. Kamala is unliked. Anyone can become DNC/Dem Nominee and win. AND NO SHILLARY WILL NEVER WIN. EVERYONE KNOWS YOU WILL NEVER SUPPORT BERNIE or even only one of his policies.

Change is better if backed up with immediate Executive-Order immediate Action, immediate Policies rather than Senate-House-Commitee disenfranchisement.

The shooter is a moron and electrified the MAGA QNON crowd.

Just asking people to “Vote” is no longer good enough. Give/Sign Policy --> Effective if Biden/Dem nominee is re-elected. Ask those State Voters what else they want. Give/Sign Policy --> Effective if Biden/Dem nominee wins. Do it AT EVERY STATE. DO THE THING AND GET PEOPLE WHAT THEY NEED. SIGN IT ! STOP DICKING AROUND “Vote” “Vote” “Im not that Guy” “Im not MAGA” “Im not Drumpf”

At no point in your rambling incoherent response were you even close to anything that can be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room thread is now dumber for having listened to read it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
