Russia shoots a school in Ukraine and our governments rightfully vilify and condemn them.

Israel shoots a school and we pull out the cheque book and ask how much they would like.

Western governments simply do not see the Palestinians as people. It is the only explanation that makes sense. In their eyes Palestinian’s don’t count, you can kill them as you please. It’s fucking disgusting and it makes me both deeply sad and furious.

Ukraine doesn’t use hospitals and schools as military infrastructure, or hide their soldiers behind civilians.

Not even Russia, as evil as their government may be, does this.

It is unsurprising that civilians get harmed when the Palestinian government in Gaza puts them in harms way.

Russia does it: Abhorrent War Crime. Despicable, Atrocious, Inhumane Orcs.

Israel does it: Aww… look at our kid grow up, following on our footsteps. Send him whatever he needs ASAP.

“A total of 20 people, including a senior Hamas government official, were reportedly killed in three earlier strikes at two other Unrwa-run schools in Nuseirat and a church-run school in Gaza City.”

Usually in a situation where people are being used as shields the reaction is not to indiscriminately murder all the people then say “we did it! the hostage-taker is dead!”.
