What are you talking about? There were a lot more cuts to the Bipartisan funding bill, outside of the proposed debt ceiling increase. Looks like the Republicans still get all the cuts they wanted, just no debt limit increase. This is definitely being celebrated as a win on their side.

The only change mentioned is the removal of the debt ceiling increase. Republicans finally reducing government waste by denying children’s cancer research funding…?
