Hes got charges in NY State Court of:

Two counts of money laundering, which carry a maximum sentence of five to 15 years in prison, as well as additional felony counts of conspiracy and scheme to defraud along with one misdemeanor count of conspiracy to defraud.

His comeuppance is a-coming 😃

Trump (or any other president) can’t issue pardons for state-level crimes, only federal crimes. So, if you’re friends with any presidents, make sure to only do crimes in DC (which isn’t a state for anyone not familiar with America’s absurd system).

Because it’s only for contempt of Congress.

He was facing criminal charges for defrauding people during a scheme to build a border wall, but the orange turd pardoned him before those went anywhere.

pardoned

It’s too bad there is not a way to have a pardon from a “president” like donnie invalidated for donnie being a traitor. Same with naming justices.

Our Constitution needs some updates…

How about when someone gets sentenced to prison, they - I dunno - get sent to fucking prison by the law enforcement personnel in the fucking courtroom?

Doesn’t always work that way, may not even be a usual thing. The meth heads down the street had well over a month, which time they used to strip their trailer down and sell it all, including the floors.

There’s exactly no reason why that asshole should be able to ask the supreme court a goddamn thing.

Anyone can ask the SCOTUS to consider their case. But they usually decline.

Yeah, but this court picks up stupid cases that Fox News prime time is complaining about.
