On Saturday afternoon there is a 50/50 chance that I am either wrestling with a 4 and 5 year old or have passed out after sitting. There is no in between and I can transition between the two at any moment depending almost entirely on what the kids are doing.

I don’t understand how this happened.

I try. This kid is a force of nature though. You’re all fucked when he’s grown, no joke

May I suggest sock tag - use a rolled up sock (or something similarly soft). Kid runs around while you try to tag them with the sock. Similar to dodgeball, but no one should get hurt and you get to sit or lay down while they burn off energy.

Brought to you by a parent with chronic pain

Just casually ignoring the signs of a supervillan.

Glad I’m not alone. But I think playing the smurfs and carebears is creating a new type of cynical super villian.

Best of luck to you

My father was extremely good for throwing me up into the air and spinning me around in circles.

It was great, miss his stupid ass.
