Realistically, no matter where you went, you would be bringing so many diseases that nobody would have immunity to. Instead of bringing them protection from small pox, you would just bring them Covid.
Can always plan one of those sealed hazard suits in to the trip, though that might make being trusted a lot more difficult if you go anywhere that doesn’t have a functional germ theory…
I’m a dude and I’d probably visit my grandmas /grandparents too, assuming I can use it more than once. Or even go way back and amaze my cave dwelling ancestor with a lighter or so.
