US shooters are used to moving targets in schools or seated targets in movie theaters.

I wonder if anyone has edited screaming back in.

Made it into some academic discourse:

Which movie was it (maybe naked gun?) where itโ€™s a 5 minute hallway shootout and none of the cops could hit anything.

Star Wars. They were part of the rebel alliance and traitors to the empire. But, the cops couldnโ€™t hit anything until one of them broke out a shotgun loaded with heat-seeking shot and fired it point blank. Donโ€™t judge too harshly. They canโ€™t see a thing in those helmets.

To be fair, the utter ruins of our public education system we traded for capitalist tax cuts ensures Americans arenโ€™t known for our sharp anything.

They would have won the drive by and the Pray and spray events. Or if you had an event where the targets were school kids

Or Las Vegas crowds. Itโ€™s pretty wild how the Vegas lobby has completely suppressed the memory of the worst mass shooting in US history.

What does that even mean? Clearly you and I remember it at minimum. What would you expect to be done differently?

Mongolians are mainly known for their horsemanship rather than their marksmanship. They are probably the best marksman on horseback that have ever lived, but as far as historically being known for their archeryโ€ฆthatโ€™s the Koreans, and theyโ€™re still pretty dominant in the Olympics.

Itโ€™s not about who comes first itโ€™s about how you use it 2.8Mkmยฒ vs 23.5Mkmยฒ.

P.s. yes, mega kilometers squared is not a unit anyone is comfortable with

P.p.s no, the irony is not lost on me

Only if โ€œtech tutorialsโ€ were a thing in the Olympics. I swear the gold medal would never go somewhere else.

Having worked for Comcast, I can also say theyโ€™d win gold in the โ€œmost coders jammed into a one-person officeโ€ competition.

Riight, north korea is a very oppressive country and they violate human rights, so why are they allowed to compete? Countries like Russia arenโ€™t allowed to.
