You should get up and walk around every 15 minutes.
If you spend more than 15 minutes shitting, you should maybe add some fiber in your diet.
Could be IBS or IBD too – assuming you’re getting enough fiber (which may or may not be true) with IBS adding more fiber does fuck-all (although probably won’t hurt), and with IBD actually often makes things worse

I’ve started reading a book instead, and I’ll usually get through maybe ten pages, then come to the end of the chapter, and it’s a natural place to stop. Helps me avoid sitting there for too long browsing dank memes (pronounced may-mays).
