The CIA has launched a Chinese-language social media campaign calling on government officials in China to switch sides and leak secrets to the United States.
Switch sides so we can suddenly abandon you like we’ve done every single group that has helped us whenever republicans take control.
If they’d have done this before they decided to turn the US into an international laughing stock more than they already were I’m sure this would have worked. Not sure it’d work at this point.
I am not sure why this is news because global powers have been doing this for years. Similar things for decades.

I think you’d be surprised what some Chinese officials would do for a Green Card. Their economy isn’t exactly stable either and they’re at constant risk of becoming a scape goat for someone higher up the ladder and being thrown into a ditch. They would have to look over their shoulder every time they go outside for the rest of their life but they do that already.
