I doubt they even know, or care, where he is anymore.

Once they got him off that plane and into that prison, they stopped keeping track.

They 100% don’t care, even if they know. That said, this ruling is absolutely the right thing and maybe, just maybe, some ICE agents will be held in contempt.

I mean, yeah. Then promptly pardoned.

That’s the fucked up thing about this. The president can order his people to do things illegally in an “official act” and get immunity. Then pardon the people who do his illegal stuff.

The “checks and balances” require republicans to oppose their king. That ain’t happening.

Contempt is not pardonable. They do the time one way or the other if things work out the way they’re written.

For real, this dude is about to get infinity money. They might as well just start handing him bags of cash when he gets off the plane

Hundreds of people have already died in CECOT. I wouldn’t be surprised if they put out a hit on him via back channels to gang members in the prison. Hell, they can legally do it now as an official act.

Or what? Judge’s better start making threats they can follow up on. They are turning into the person yelling at their dog that never listens, because THIS TIME it’ll somehow make a difference.
