The National Review is a right-biased source. However, Business Insider, which is cited in the article, is a left biased source. While this story appears to be factually accurate, the presentation is intended to be partisan rather than purely informative.

I would be interested to compare Harris with any other elected officials in national office that have been prosecutors or trial attorneys. The legal profession in general tends to require outrageously long hours, and has a high burn-out rate, so it wouldn’t surprise me if that culture carried over with any national elected figure that had been in a similar office previously.

Business insider being left biased is one hell of a take. They’re a corporate outlet for sure even if they don’t shill the GOP line.

sure, this totally sounds like a person who creates a healthy work environment for her staff https://www.politico.com/news/2021/06/30/kamala-harris-office-dissent-497290

Okay, now apply the same standard to the offices of every single politician that worked as a trial attorney. My guess is that you’ll see exactly the same kind of high-pressure environments. Is it healthy? No. But should anyone be singling out a single person out of a political motivation if the problem is endemic to that kind of politician? Also no.

You’re trying to make this argument, so you do it. Meanwhile, who cares whether she worked as a trial attorney or not. The fact is that she creates a toxic atmosphere for her staff, and she is difficult to work with. This is the person that will be representing the US on the international stage and dealing with world leaders if the dems win. If you don’t understand why that’s problematic what else is there to say really.
