You’re trying to make this argument, so you do it. Meanwhile, who cares whether she worked as a trial attorney or not. The fact is that she creates a toxic atmosphere for her staff, and she is difficult to work with. This is the person that will be representing the US on the international stage and dealing with world leaders if the dems win.
