It’s a music competition that takes place every year. The competing countrys send representatives to perform a song and then some “music experts” in each country give points to each country. Then everything is mixed up by the vote of the public. It is steamed on youtube on may 17 (the final)

Austrailia is also joining because they liked watching it so much, they now take part in it. Who ever pays money into this broadcasting initiative can join actually. Maybe Canada will join some day :)
