Work is super stressful right now and I could use some comfort food ideas. Especially since mine tend to involve carbs but I think carbs are making me bloat in a way they didnât when I was 20. (Aside: getting older sucks.) Never been a fan of ice cream either.
Mine are typically mashed potatoes, or potatoes generally, and plain bean and rice burritos, cheese optional. My husband thinks Iâm crazy because itâs all so plain but when Iâm sick or stressed and my stomach is upset, thatâs what I want.
