Yeah this realisation came about at the time I realised beer was taking more than it was giving, even when I wasn’t getting buzzed.

Now I’m in this picture, but with like hibiscus vs camomille tea rofl

Unironically, earl grey is my favorite, but I limit my caffeinated tea to mornings and afternoons.

Chamomile or Sleepytime tea is for the evenings.
