Super soaker full of paint.
Or my favorite, black trash bag on a stick, because you can fasten the bag around the camera without actually damaging it, if youre concerned about getting caught and sued for damaged

Who doesn’t? Some can be almost 3 feet long. Pair that with being 6ft, and you could probably hit the camera. If not, just throw the sledgehammer like a javelin.
Standing on something is also viable
