apparently Homer Hickman tried to help her get her job back, but it didn’t work, but now she’s an aerospace engineer at Boeing…so things are going great .
no problems there.
TLDR from the actual interview with her:
- She did lose the internship. He did try to get it back for her but it didn’t work.
- She eventually ended up working for Boeing, but on commercial jet engines rather than space stuff.
- they called her to rescind her internship while she was at her brother’s wedding
