Satanist, I could respect, although Satanism is a rather comical religion: basing the name of your religion on the villain of the holy book of another religion is pretty funny. But regardless, at least theyβre pushing back against fundamentalist Christians in a way no other religion is.

I thought they did, they just had their own version of the Bible where (the Christian) God is a bad guy and Satan is really the good guy.
