Also a single quarter pound patty plus fries is already enough food. Perhaps too much.
Depends on the person and their lifestyle. It’s too much food for a 130 pound couch potato. It’s not nearly enough food for a 200 pound bodybuilder, or rock climber.

On average. We all know McDonald’s isn’t exactly catering to bodybuilders.

Speak for yourself cuck. My day starts with a 4:00 AM trip to McD’s to get my body in prime condition for the gym. I’m lifting plates in both locales before you’ve regained consciousness and realized whatever you were dreaming about is going to be the best part of your day.
