It is mixed feelings about it. I don’t really care for it myself, and it puts countries in debt hosting them. There is always something that goes horribly wrong. I think every Olympic game, has had problems, small or huge.

Who is downvoting you? I wouldn’t think that Lemmy would be into athletics or patriotism.
