Yes I agree but I will admit that it’s probably pretty hard to do that unless you force all the features on every USB-C cable which is obviously not a good solution.
They didn’t remove support from earlier versions of windows though.
Sure but from what I have heard the USA has terribly low requirements for a license.
Both things should be done and the later is much cheaper and easier because you don’t have to rebuild every single road.
