Kubuntu has gotten me further in my quest to leave windows so far, I need to use the official Nvidia drivers for my Vive to work on my 4070ti super. Now waiting on proton to make another huge leap and give me access to the 70ish VR titles that are not showing up on Linux. Fingers crossed. So many suggest bazzite but… no Nvidia support

Msg the .world mods to see why it failed. I had to make one on .world as .ca was having email issues, once I msgd the .ca admins they said “Damn it!” and added me manually, good luck

There is a game called cyubeVR on steam and PS2VR, built from the ground up for vr. It is a great fun game with a solo dev. Highly suggest checking it out, there are quite a few videos on it and it is highly modable. It is sad that the big cos are dropping support

That would be funny to watch them realise in real time that they are the baddies they fear. Sadly I doubt it would last more than .0000000000001 of a second, team politics

You are supposed to learn more at school than just the classes. Among other things you should learn how to interact with other humans in a decent way, and how to not be tardy, how your actions affect others, and more

Then again, we are talking about america

Got an og Vive (699.99 cdn at the time came with headset, controllers, and base stations), playing the hell out of that headset just over a year in steam VR playtime at 2 - 4 hrs a day. I have played Half-Life:VR mod (due to the age of the actual game it is my worst port experience) Half-Life 2: VR mod, Half-Life 2 ep 1 and 2 in VR (absolutely amazing) Raft:VR mod (a few bugs and a few abilities missing from flat, but overall flawless) The Forest:VR mod(excellent), and let’s not forget Valheim:VR mod.

Quest garden can be limiting but you can plug your quest (air link, ?whatever? desktop, link cable) and pretty much play anything on steam, personally have 90+ titles under my VR library (no beat saber). You can check yt for people playing these flat2vr games
