Not everyone will use every coupon in the book

Most people don’t use most of the coupons. And the company bets on that, no matter what the *potential * value of the coupons is.

It’s the same with mail-in rebates. The promise of them can drive additional sales, but since 40-60% never get claimed, it’s just extra profits at the end of the day.

If the Republican Party and the Democratic Party want to propose and agree on some basic rules for discussion, that might be worth consideration.

They did, decades ago.

And the Democrats are still mostly abiding by those.

The Republicans, on the other hand…

In your anger at everything with a badge you seem to have missed that I was blaming the local cops for not properly doing the job they had been assigned.

It might be a great thing if it wasn’t displacing so many workers.

Unless and until some sort of UBI system exists, I cannot applaud businesses increasingly putting people out of work, especially while continually increasing their profits.

While the secret service is in charge of the security detail, and they were securing the area inside the rally perimeter fence, they had also used local law enforcement personnel to secure the area outside the perimeter fence.

The rooftop in question was outside that fence, where the locals were supposed to be keeping things secure .

But also not nearly as able to energize the MAGAts.

What’s the logic behind that?

Your confusion stems from expecting these MAGAts to be acting logically, rationally, or with any more thought than a mindless knee-jerk.

I hope your state shows Republicans just how much you love it when Republicans throw the state under the bus to fuel their political ambitions.

Or they’re something that is trying to stand in his way and interfere with him.
