Ja möglich wäre das schon. Aber erstens eine enorme technische Herausforderung. Reddit ist nicht gerade klein. Das alles mal eben so zu archivieren ist nicht grad trivial. Und dazu kommt, dass das ja auch jemand hosten muss. Ich geh mal davon aus, dass man das nicht auf dem 4,99€ VPS von Strato hosten kann.
Und bei deiner Aussage zum Copyright bin ich mir fast sicher, dass du falsch liegst. Ich bin KEIN Jurist. Generell ist jeder der Urheberrechtsinhaber von Content, den er selber erstellt. Im Rahmen der User Agreement auf Reddit räumt man der Plattform ein weitreichendes Nutzungsrecht ein. Allerdings bleiben die Urheber weiter Urheberrechtsinhaber. Das heißt du müsstest rein theoretisch Vereinbahrungen mit Millionen von User-Accounts machen. :-/
How would you even enforce that?
Of course every parent should have an idea of their kids are doing on the internet or at least educate their kids to such a degree that they don’t require supervision and can be trusted use the internet responsibly. But that is just common sense and should fall in to the general responsibilities of a parent.
Der Punkt ist doch der:
Ich arbeite und bekomme meinen Lohn, der besteuert wird. Nun baue ich mir damit ein Vermögen auf, das nochmal besteuert wird. Ich finde das nicht sonderlich intuitiv und auch nicht gerecht.
Wir reden hier völlig um den heißen Brei herum. Wenn wir mehr Einkommensgerechtigkeit hätten, sprich dass die Gewinne mehr in die Einkommen der Arbeitnehmer einfließen würden, würde das auch automatisch für mehr Steuereinnahmen sorgen.
All diese ganzen liberalen Ansätze gehen völlig am Kernproblem vorbei und das ist die ennorme wirtschaftliche Ungleichheit im Land. Um das in den Griff zu bekommen, brauchen wir eine radikale Neuorganisation unserer Wirtschaftsordnung. Da traut sich halt niemand ran.

There is nothing stopping you from creating a developer discord.
First of all it‘s slow. Like really slow. Sometimes loading a room takes 20 seconds.
Nothing really works reliably. Currently I‘m unable to leave a chat for whatever reason. Sometimes (like twice a week) the encryption just breaks. Every single message gets marked with a red excalmation point, saying that the keys are missing. The app keeps telleing me that I have unread messages even though i‘ve read all messages. I then have to mark every chat as read a couple of times. Sometimes only clearing the cache of the app helps. That happens every day.
There is probably more but that‘s what came to my mind first
Oh yeah…the service has privacy issues too when it comes to meta data. I feel like the bottom line here is, that Matrix/element are not there yet. It‘s very much alpha software that is not suitable for everyday use outside of nerds that enjoy the pain.
