Alternativ zu Signal (statt session) könnte man noch Briar oder Matrix (als client z.b. Element) ausprobieren. Signal ist aber doch am nutzerfreundlichsten.

Meine sind aktuell in der hydro … aber scheinen sich wieder zu fangen, mein zimmer ist denen wohl zu dunkel (verständlicherweise).

Bei sehr weit fortgeschrittenem befall habe ich recht gute erfahrungen mit nematoden gemacht ^^ die von dir genannten mittel beugen aktuell aber gut vor, so das ein weiter einsatz nicht nötig ist ;)

I am using Nextcloud Calender + DavX5 (android) + etar (android) for my colaborative and synchronized calenders. Working good since 1 year.

Nextcloud is selfhosted, yes. But managed solutions exists, so you dont have to set it up your self/maintain it. (Free instances seem to exist https://nextcloud.com/sign-up/ dont know about privacy/encryption on these tho)

Hm, some FOSS solutions def exists, but they dont have a super clean UX. Nextcloud + integrations covers all tasks you have listed as example.

Yes Apps/Integrations/what ever its called ^^ Using Nextcloud (stable branch) for a while and had minimal problems yet. List of apps working fine which i am using:

apps i had trouble with and am not using thus: Colabora Office/OnlyOffice , i am using my own Cryptpad for those tasks.

Als knowledge-base nutze ich BookStack, kann aber auch nicht wirklich begründen warum.

Als Synchronisierter und Kollaborativer Kalender kommt bei mir NextCloud zum Einsatz. (Auf dem gerät dann DavX5 mit Etar oder Thunderbird)

als PasswordManager kommt bei mir KeePassXC und KeePassDX synchronisiert über meine NextCloud zum Einsatz.

Auch wenn von dir nicht mit aufgezählt aber doch ab und an gerade im UNI Kontext recht hilfreich: CryptPad, um schnell mal was Kollaborativ zusammenzuschreiben.
