It is pretty depressing, I agree. You can take heart however in knowing that collectively, we as people cannot do very much. The best thing we can do is elect politicians who will put pressure on the real villains here: the 100 or so corporations that make up 70% of the total Co2 emissions.

Wait I’m legitimately confused about this.
I agree with you in the first paragraph.
I’m confused about what you mean by animals suffering because someone is in prison. Don’t they suffer regardless of if someone is in prison? Like, the animal would die and be eaten, regardless of where the meat is sent.
I’m pro animal rights and all that btw, I just don’t get the connection you are making here.
I’ve been using bing for the past 6 months or so, ever since the chat gpt integration.
In 6 months, I’ve earned enough points to get a $5 taco bell gift certificate.
Overall, the quality of results that I get are… Not as good as google. I find myself frequently re-searching things on Google because I actually do not find what I’m looking for on bing. And then on Google, the perfect result is the first or second listing.
Now, Google is integrating bard into searches. Sometimes it sucks, yes. But it is basically just as good as the bing chat gpt thing. So… Yeah. I’m going to go back to Google search soon.
Yep. I use a pixel 6 and a MacBook Air m1. It’s the best of both worlds.
They build fantastic laptops.
As a side rant, I just want to say that I’ve never had a laptop that was able to maintain consistent speed and reliability better than this machine. Every other windows-based laptop I’ve had has crapped out after 3 years. This thing just keeps on going, regardless of the fact that I’ve had about 100 tabs and 3 browsers open for the majority of its lifespan.
