for the first trouble on mitigating negative thought spirals, I like to meditate and practice with cognitive behavioural therapy in addition to rewatching Stoic Quotes
for me I’ve conditioned myself to fall asleep after following my routine:
- use my phone for the last time before telling myself I’m done and I want to sleep.
- floss + brush teeth
- shower
- makeup
- put on eyemask
- bed
after that I regularly fall asleep in about 10-15ish mins(can’t check time; just going by feel at this point) and even though I sleep for 6-8hrs I still feel pretty good

I wish I saw this before buying sunscreen a couple days ago
I bought and used Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 and it felt great but wasn’t worth buying in the first place because the SPF is so low. I bought it as I thought it was a good value but after being burnt I would have preferred to have spent more to get sunscreen that actually protected me
