That is a very common tactic with Russia. Annex land, then forcibly remove the local population and move a bunch of Russians in. Then it becomes easier to claim the “new territory” as filled with Russians.

Again, I think the major distinction is the recognized borders of the territories. Artsakh is internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan, not Armenia.

I can’t wait for mods so that traffic can be “fixed” in that it feels too easy. I absolutely loved the puzzle aspect of fixing traffic in CS1, minus the dumb behavior with lanes. Right now it seems too easy to deal with traffic, and this is with my dumb city design. Perhaps a mod to disable vehicle despawning since it does happen still.

I started to play around with WLED and integrated a whole mess of LED lights to HA. I’d also recommend ESPHome so you can build your own devices. Voice control, water flow rate sensors, etc.
