The formula is fun but… These games are all basically just Lethal company, what’s the difference?

People only call fake frames to the interpolation crap they’re touting as performance… I don’t think a lot of people have issues with image upscaling at a decent level (aka quality settings)

Oh boy! Can’t wait to see a 20 year old game run at 720p to get playable fps on a $1600+ GPU!

Dunno how people just don’t see how anti consumer Nvidia is… Trying to pass FG as actual performance, melting power connectors, increasing pricing while bumping up lower tier as a higher tier (4060 should’ve been 4050 and so on), now this… And people still line up to buy their GPUs

Pricing on all GPUs is just ridiculous… Even the XX90 tiers… Sure it’s the best out there, but I wouldn’t buy any component for $2K just to play games… If I used it for productivity, sure, but for gaming? Nah

Confort and battery life.

I love my ROG Ally, it’s amazing for a bunch of games, but I honestly don’t find it comfortable to play GBA or PS1 games for example, and the battery life is like 4 hours tops.

I recently got a Trimui Smart Pro and been playing GBA games on and off in between work meetings or when I go out. It fits on my pocket alongside my phone and the battery lasts like 6 hours depending on the system.

Different uses cases, and for $50 it’s honestly not a hard sell

Feeling glad I bought my lifetime license like two years ago

Honestly that’s how I got here lol.

Tried it out when the API changes were announced, but let’s be real, Lemmy doesn’t have as much content or user interaction.

It’s allowed me to stop doom scrolling as much, but I do miss some niche communities

Knowing then, they’d somehow force an ink subscription on the device.
