De Nederlandse tegenhanger is volgens mij om vroege checks op basis van risicoprofielen te doen. Dus iemand met huidkanker in de familie wordt daar jaarlijks op gecontroleerd, mannen worden vanaf een bepaalde leeftijd gescreend op prostaatkanker, etc. In plaats van maar op alles (of beter gezegd, de generieke hoog-risico-ziektes) te checken. Goedkoper, en net zo effectief, als niet effectiever. Maar dan natuurlijk beschikbaar voor iedereen.

Appears to be a mistake, but needs gorhill to appeal to make the reviewer aware of the mistake and to be able to fix it, which he doesn’t feel like doing because he thinks it’s unlikely to have been a mistake.
Update: now reversed, but gorhill removed it himself just to not have to deal with the review process and the possibility of human error anymore.
And they’re cornering several markets, e.g. also the browser markets, which if we let them will make your adblocker no longer work either.
Don’t use Chrome or Chrome-based browsers people. (So basically, use Firefox.)

In my defense, letterlijk elke andere deur in ons huis gaat niet helemaal dicht, dus ik ben gewend ze niet helemaal dicht te duwen. Maar hoewel ik er steeds vaker aan denk, blijft het een ergernisje hier :P
