The only places I’ve seen that IRL, are stores or commercials. The ribbons help you see how much wind it pushes out, and make it look more desirable.

I’m guessing we only see it in movies as a hack to help us visualize a breeze.

Holy shit! I better calculate that number!

6+11=17

6-11=-5

6*11=66

6/11=0.545454

Ok. Now what?

My initial reaction was to get pissed, but then I remembered I don’t care anymore.

Reddit policies now affect me as much as National Holidays in Mongolia.

Maybe I’m just an old curmudgeon, but I can’t feel sorry for anyone dumb enough to try this.

I have kids, and I’m confident that if I asked my 10 year old about this, even she’d know that it’s a terrible idea.

Because that’s what 90% of their clients do.

Why does a realtor/bank make you put your address on the application to buy a house? If you’re buying a home, why would they assume you already have one?

Honestly, I don’t think they “assume” that you’ll do anything other than give them a car to work on and pick it up and pay when they are done. Whatever happens before, after and in between, isn’t their problem.

Can’t speak for everyone, but the reason that I care when one of my favorite IPs has a terrible movie, is because the terrible movie ensures that a good one will never be made.

They did a great job with Fallout, and now they are making a second season.

Then there’s Borderlands.

I still haven’t seen it, but I already know that the Borderlands movie I would have loved will never exist.

It’s common for people to get these when their email address is similar to my dad’s and he forgets his password again.

Am I the only one that appreciates those people? I actually might be one of those people myself, the jury’s still out.

I have a coworker that LOVES math, and he dumps topology and set theories on me all the time. I don’t know what half of it means, but I find the concepts very interesting.

There’s only one way you can support Trump today.

You either refuse to acknowledge all the terrible things he’s done, or you approve of the things he’s done.

People who refuse to acknowledge, are going to look at all the “fake news” on this site about His Oranginess, and quickly decide that it’s nothing but propaganda and go somewhere “more reliable”.

Those who agree, stick around a little longer. They will argue and defend the horrible things, because they think there are more like them that will come out and back them up as a fellow defender of racism misogyny homophobia “Good old family values”. But they will be downvoted to oblivion and have trouble finding a friendly voice. Eventually, they too will go where they can have a more comfortable discussion with people who are as terrible as they are.

And ironically enough, if you went to Truth Social, and asked why there weren’t more Biden/Harris supporters there, they’d give you the exact same answer in reverse.

When did the GOP get so woke? Those cancel culture snowflakes can’t take a joke.
