Zen looks good, but it isn’t hardened enough and I don’t wanna bother with hardening it myself with Arkenfox when I could just keep using Librewolf.

Not 100% up to date, of course, but for the most part, it still applies. And furthermore, trusting a company with that kind of reputation is definetely not a good idea.

more privacy focused browser

Librewolf is the best, Mullvad Browser is cool, if you use their VPN, ungoogled-chromium is good, if you need a chromium based browser. Despite its popularity among privacy-enthusiasts Brave is virtually a spyware.

I honestly don’t understand, why people are using VLC instead of mpv. Is there really any advantages?

First of all, lack of third party repos support locks you down behind only one source of applications. And second of all, because optionally free is not enough.

In a way, yes.

It depends. If we only mention security, then there’s (probably) nothing to worry about. However, if you look at it from the perspective of the FLOSS movement, Accrescent does not support any third-party repos, claiming that they are “breaking the Android security model”, and also allows submitting closed-source apps to the repo.

I’m so bummed that Accrescent is now part of the built-in App Store on GrapheneOS and is gaining popularity because of it.
