I turned 30 and the doctor told me my cholesterol and triglycerides were too high. I had a 0 fiber diet but overnight adopted a diet consisting of 30-40 grams a day. The first few weeks were gaseous. I didn’t eat too many beans instead supplemented and ate as many vegetables with a lean protein as I could.
Its been a year, I still dont eat too many beans and I get atleast half my fiber from supplements. I also eat tofu, oatmeal and veggies. I am only gassy when I eat large amounts of protein for the gains.

Maybe watch the rally? I watched the whole thing live and did not register “lock him up” on my second wacth i heard that some people do chant “lock him up” it doesn’t catch on and is drowned out by Ka-Ma-La. You can’t believe everything (anything) you read in a headline.
A lot of people saying that Trump will win easy now. What about Trump’s campaign is winning? He is tripling down on his own base. Making zero effort to actually win new or swing voters. He wants to get them foaming at the mouth so that when (if) he loses they throw donations at him to pay for all his legal issues. Him running for re-election looks to me to just be the only way he think he can get a pardon and or money to pay legal fees.
