People are still doing “Nobody:” memes? They don’t even make sense. This would be improved 100% by removing the “Nobody:” line.

You might be right. I can’t reproduce it in the Apple TV+ app.

How about don’t do this:

  1. Open search in YouTube (and other apps?)
  2. Use speech button to speak my search
  3. Release the button a little slow. Like a split fucking second longer than my speech.
  4. It erases everything I said and clears the search results.

Happens all the damn time. I can reproduce it on three people’s Apple TV with either kind of remote. How has no one in charge not experienced this?

If you want to reproduce it very easily, stop speaking and keep holding the button down for a couple seconds. You’ll get search results. Now release the button. Bam. Gone.

We call it liver pudding where I’m from, and it’s great! I love me an egg, cheese, and liver pudding sandwich on an English muffin.

Does lemmy.world use third party cookies for authentication or something? Otherwise, I don’t see how strict mode should interfere.

  1. Don’t use any upgrade scrolls until you reach the Troll.
  2. Have the troll do one upgrade to the staff.
  3. Imbue a +3 wand from the old wandmaker. This makes the staff +4.
  4. Dump every upgrade into the staff for the whole game. When the staff is +19, curse infuse it, which adds +4.

You don’t always get a +3 wand from the wandmaker, so you just use whatever upgraded wand you have.

Steps 1 and 2 add only a single upgrade and a lot of challenge. You could instead imbue an upgraded wand as soon as you get it, then start using scrolls of upgrade. Or even use one upgrade scroll immediately while waiting for the wand, since imbuing an upgraded wand—that’s higher level than the staff—retains a single upgrade from the staff and adds the wand’s level.

Why would Lemmy not work in strict security mode when every other site works just fine? It’s just a cookie, right? How is lemmy.world special?
