That’s what it took to get to the fetus and remove it. And they’re blaming her for not doing it. There she was with a partially retained placenta, in danger of bleeding out, and she had the nerve to leave her toilet intact in order to obtain timely life saving health care.

And don’t forget, she’d been to the hospital multiple times and left because she wasn’t receiving care…all hospital caregivers and ‘legal teams’ were too busy trying to figure out if they could legally remove a dead fetus; they wouldn’t do what needed to be done. Just left her sitting there while they argued intent of the law versus letter of the law.

“She put the fetus into the toilet.” No, she didn’t. The fetus was expelled into the toilet, along with bodily waste. She tried to get everything out, but she couldn’t.

“She then went about her day.” No, she didn’t. She went to the hospital. She was bleeding (probably heavily) due to part of the placenta being left attached.

That’s just two of the twisted statements the prosecutor has made in order to make this woman look like a heartless SOB.

It’s gone too far, and short of removing Republicans from office and justices from the court, I don’t know what we can do. They are prosecuting this woman to punish her for miscarrying in an inconvenient place.

It’s worth mentioning that just 11 days earlier, had her miscarriage happened at the hospital, it would have been disposed of as medical waste…incinerated. 11 freaking days, and the state is criminalizing her.

I am so sick of Republicans bowing down to Donald Trump. He is such a a vile man and yet they have done nothing but put him before the country.

He probably wouldn’t have a problem. Mary was 12-14 years old according to some sources and 15-16 in others when she was pregnant.

The debt is taken from the inheritance/estate, right?

Well, King Trump I will just look at it anyway, and have Biden prosecuted anyway. It’ll be HIS official act, and that will (forgive me) trump any of Biden’s official acts. We all know the protection of immunity is for them, not us.

This SCOTUS is so corrupt.

Do it. You’d be amazed at how many people on the left have done so.

My husband and I did. We’ve trained extensively. I can guarantee you the other side knows how to use their weapons. It feels ridiculous, but I really think bad things are coming and we’d better be prepared.

I hope y’all laugh at me and call me ridiculous, but I’m truly concerned.

And yet, I and many others will vote for him. We cannot let Trump anywhere near the presidency. I honestly would vote for a dead frog over Trump. The staff that’s in place is competent, have done well for us, and I believe they’ll hold things together until Kamala takes over.

Of course we would all rather a much younger, charismatic candidate, but it is what it is.

At this point, I truly believe most Democratic voters understand the assignment.

I think independents understand the great danger Trump poses and are going to hopefully vote for the person most likely to defeat him, and at this point that is Biden.

How about Trump is the oldest nominee of any major political party? Would that be accurate?

He was nominated by the Greenback party, (third party) running against the Democrat and Republican nominees. He had less than 1% chance to win according to his wiki. I’d say that no matter how fuzzy the definition of major party is, the Greenbacks weren’t that.

He sounds like he was an intelligent person who was concerned with social justice, especially for the native tribes.
