I don’t get it. It’s a piano built sideways? The person taking the video isn’t really showing the context of all the details they’re filming.

It’s hard to find a good demonstration of it. I’ll have to dig more.

This picture is what got me interested. From this video. It was referenced as a potential precursor to the keytar.
