Gay and God loves me? Can a boy be trapped in a girlâs body? 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 - Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
The Anointing Destroys The Yoke - Do you need a change in your mind, your attitude, your marriage, or any other relationship? Are you struggling with some habit from which you long to become free? Too many believers spend their lives trying to change things that only God can change.
Isaiah 10:27 tells us that it is the anointing that destroys the yokes of bondage in our lives! Yokes are like burdens we carry around. They are bondages that need to be broken off in order for us to be free.
We need to learn more about the anointing because it equips us to do what we need to do. It strengthens us, encourages us, enables us, teaches us, and changes us. Trying to live without the anointing is like trying to live without sufficient air. Everything is a struggle!
The anointing is Godâs presence in our lives helping us to do what He calls and leads us to do. Jesus is the Anointed One. Actually, He is the anointing that abides in us. His Spirit in us ministers that anointing to us regularly when we know how to receive it.
1 John 2:27 tells us, âBut as for you, the anointing (the sacred appointment, the unction) which you received from Him abides [permanently] in you; [so] then you have no need that anyone should instruct you. But just as His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is not falsehood, so you must abide (live in, never depart from) Him [being rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anointing] has taught you [to do].â (The Amplified Bible)
This scripture doesnât mean that we should reject teaching or instruction, but it does mean that we can learn to be led by the anointing of God in our lives. Just learning to be led by the anointing and allowing it to give us direction in situations will save us a lot of heartache in life. We can trust the anointing to break off our bondages!
Perhaps you feel as though you have reached your limitâlike you simply could not go on one more day without an answer. God wants you to know for certain that there are answers to your problems and that you can be free! Zechariah 4:6 lets us know that is not by our own effort and struggle, nor by the advice of others that we are set free, but it is by the Spirit of Godâit is by the anointing!
If you are struggling with an addiction of any kindâworry, work, overeating, overspending, or whateverâlet the anointing help you. Always remember that the anointing will teach you and lead you. God has already planned your breakthroughâit is a key element in His good plan for your entire life. Let the anointing teach you.
You may be thinking that God wonât use the anointing to help you with something little or something youâve decided isnât important to Him. Thatâs not true! Remember 1 John 2:27? It says His anointing will teach youâŠconcerning everything!
We can live under the anointingânot just be anointed occasionally for things we think are over our heads. We need to learn that everything is over our headsâtoo much for us without His help. His anointing is His help, His power, and His presence. It is available to you! The anointing brings a holy ease into life. things that are a struggle when tackled in our own strength become easy with Godâs awesome anointing. Donât wait one more day. get into the flow of His anointing and start enjoying more victories!
âStrait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.â Matthew 7:14 (KJ)
We Have an Enemy that takes us Seriously, So We Should take our Enemy Seriously.
James chapter 4 verse 10: Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he, will lift you up. Notice, humble yourselves. Donât ask God to do it. You do it. God will do the lifting up if you do the humbling.
1 Peter chapter 5 verse 6: Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.
1 Peter 5:5: God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble. So if, you are coming to God in prayer with your pride, God is resisting you.
You cannot get close to God in pride. There is no access to God with pride.
