What are they trying to say with that? (Genuinely don’t understand)

Having read ucc 1 308 and info about it I’m even more confused. Seems like they’re saying they can write “under protest” on a ticket and not have to pay? But that law isn’t about people driving. It’s about business transactions. Or maybe they’re saying the car isn’t related to business? It’s not like they’re logical though lol

UCC means uniform commercial code. That’s all I know.

Honestly if I was a cop this might make me avoid them, dealing with that bullshit would be infuriating

That’s the funniest thing about sovcits, they get so close and then think The Guvmint actually respects laws.

It’s like some hilarious half-baked plan at my DnD table.

Mage: I know, I’ll use the magic item I found to attack the Lich!
DM: The one that you found in the Lich’s crypt?
Mage: Yes.
DM: The one with the backstory about how the Lich made it himself?
Mage: Uh-huh.
DM: The one where he spent three centuries researching and crafting it to dominate the world of the living? The one that has the inscription: “For the master’s tool will never dismantle the master’s house.”
Mage: … oh.
DM: Yeah…
Mage: I’m in danger.

LOL this is the perfect analogy. Well done. XD

“I know! I’ll dismantle the state with…their laws written by corporations and…the market…genius!”
