Protip: boil your broccoli in salted water. As long as you don’t boil it to snot it’ll be just as nutritious but taste a fair bit better. Poke it with a fork regularly to check done-ness. Should take around 6 minutes or so.

That adage completely ignores all the coked up kitchen staff that do fantastic work.
Idk man, Chef Ramsay seems to be doing pretty well for himself, and he’s pretty average body mass.
